Truffle Oil Pasta with Spanish Sardines

Give your past a unique taste by adding in a few drizzles of truffle oil and you’ll be amazed how lovely is the aroma.


  • 450 g Linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 120 g Spanish sardines ( remove fishbone)
  • 4 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 c pitted black olives (sliced)
  • dried parsley,basil, chilli flakes and Italian herbs
  • Truffle oil (2-3 drizzles)
  • 2 tsp capers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
